while I warm the bench
watch you do flips
while you watch me flinch

still my teeth would be gone

The Top

He sets it spinning

though it wobbles

but he spins

his little top

finally gets it
 making circles

and watches...
as it slowly
starts to stop

(it takes him a billion years but he has lots of time)
